Buy Your Tickets on Day 1, 1/24!

Remember the dance marathon & the total exhaustion around a big town event? “Not an early bird” either?! Buy your Fan Fest tickets on the day we launch (1/24) & you can check in on Thursday evening (10/17) & sleep in Friday morning before we get started! We’ll have a welcome toast Thursday night for those who bought tickets on 1/24 to say thanks for supporting us early!

Want to be an Ambassador?

The Ambassador Program was created to reward attendees who invite new guests to Fan Fest by helping us spread the word on social media and in their day-to-day conversations! We refer to them as newcomers sometimes too.

For the purpose of this contest, “new” guests include those who:
1. Haven’t ever been to Fan Fest
2. Didn’t attend in ‘23, but will return in ‘24

Our hope is to see more returning faces attend & make new friends!

When you invite potential attendees to Fan Fest, make sure you ask them to list your name as the ambassador on their ticket purchase. That’s the only way we can give you credit!

From the day tickets launch, 1/24, through 9/1, we’ll keep track of those named as “Ambassadors”. There will be a designated place to name an ambassador when you buy your tickets online.

Please note that ambassadors can only be named for new attendees, or those returning to Fan Fest after missing the 2023 event.

What this DOES mean is that you can go into any public fandom groups (if they allow it) and talk about Fan Fest while asking people to name you as an ambassador. You can do this as often as you like, jumping in to share your experience, commenting about meeting cast, sharing photos or to answer questions about the community. Be respectful of the group rules, but if it’s allowed go ahead and share details in public with the hopes that attendees will name you as the ambassador that told them about Fan Fest!

*You can also use your own public social media accounts to talk about Fan Fest (TikTok, Reddit, Twitter, FB, Insta, etc.)

If you’re bringing a friend, parent, sibling or child (etc.) for the first time or after a gap year, they count as “newcomers” too.

What do I get for being an Ambassador? And, what does my Newcomer get from it?
The Ambassador program will have 3 tiers. All “Newcomers” of the top 20 Ambassadors will get a reward this year too. We’ll celebrate the top 20, the top 10 and the #1 Ambassador.

*Any Newcomer that names a Top 20 Ambassador will be invited to an Ambassador/Newcomer reception on Friday @ 1pm. We’ll call it the “If eating cake is wrong, I don’t want to be right” reception & yes, there will be cake! All cast/crew members at the event will be invited to this gathering.

Top 20 Ambassadors
-A commemorative pin
-Early check in Thursday night
-Friday reception at 1pm
-Reserved seats at the Fairground for all seated events/panels (plus those listed on your original ticket, 4 max.)

Top 10 Ambassadors
-All of the above
-Skip the line privileges for all Meet & Greets (plus those listed on your original ticket, 4 max.)
-VIP wristband for priority seats at events in town, in addition to the Fairground
-15% off 1 ticket to a potential 2025 event

#1 Ambassador
-All of the privileges of the Top 20 & Top 10 Ambassadors
-A group photo with the entire cast
-A free ticket to a potential 2025 event
-A giant THANK YOU from the Fan Fest!

Anyone can be an ambassador, one of our ambassadors only invited 1 person last year & still received the perks!
